Due to the high demand during the summer months, we advise you to book your accommodation in advance.

Booking conditions: to confirm the reservation, we need to you provide us a credit card number and expiration date. This card will remain as a guarantee of reservation. The payment of the stay will be made on the day of arrival, where you can choose method of payment (cash or card).

Check in: from 13:00h to 22:00h, on the arrival day. For arrivals later than 22: 00h please inform us.

Check out: until 12: 00h on the departure day. Departures after 12: 00h we charged an extra cost for laters departures.

Seasons:

High season: July and August.

Middle season: Easter week, May bridge, weekends of June and September.

Low season: rest of the year.

(winter months it is closed seasonally).

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation for canceled reservations 10 days before of check in date. Reservations canceled less than 10 days in advance will be charged the amount of one night. No-show or early departure, a one-night charge will be charged.

Damage to property: Damage caused by customers to the building, furniture or decoration, will be claimed to them and may be billed to your account.

Smoking prohibited: in compliance with Law 42/2010, of December 30, 2010, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms or closed spaces of the establishment.

Failure to comply with this rule entails a penalty of 30 eur.

Scandals and noises: guests must respect the rest of customers, all type of high noise is prohibited from 00:00 at night. Customers who do not comply with this rule will be forced to leave the establishment.
